Requirements: Previous experience of 2 years in a similar role at a luxury or ultra-luxury property or independent restaurants; Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required; Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Additional languages a plus; Excellent organizational skills; Proactive and self-motivated; Must be computer literate (MS WORD / MS EXCEL / Open Table/Tock / Sevenrooms); Must have the drive and passion to succeed at the highest level; Have the ability to multitask and work under pressure
