Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred; Strong understanding of guest service principles, including handling complaints; Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and team management; Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations
