Position: FOH Manager
About: The Front of House manager is responsible for managing the front of house during service. This includes servers, bussers, bartenders, and anyone else who interacts with guests. The FOH Manager ensures guest satisfaction and a smooth dining experience.
Requirements: school diploma. Some college and/or college degree preferred; 3 years industry experience with at least 1 year supervisory/management experience; ability to project authority and respect; excellent verbal and written communication skills; certification required; strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment; managerial skills to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities; interpersonal communication skills; ability to make rational decisions in a fast-paced environment; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds; willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week; strong presence in the community; adherence to company rules and regulations.
