Position: Flower Barista
About: Dialogue is a plant-based, AAPI-owned cafe and flower shop located in the heart of NYC’s Lower East Side. Specializing in creative coffee, matcha, and tea-based drinks with an emphasis on seasonal fruits and produce, Dialogue offers a unique experience blending specialty beverages and floral aesthetics. We’re looking for a Flower Barista to join our team, contributing to our vibrant, welcoming space.
Requirements:
– Passionate and knowledgeable about coffee and tea-based drinks
– Appreciation for flowers and strong aesthetic sense
– Friendly and customer-oriented, with experience in latte art
– Detail-oriented and excellent in communication
– Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Holds or is willing to obtain an NYC Food Protection Certificate within one month of hire
– Multilingual skills are a plus!
