Position: Flow Inventory Associate
About: CarMax, a leading automotive retailer located in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate to join their team. This role involves conducting cosmetic vehicle inspections, performing repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements: Current driver’s license and meet the CarMax DSEPS standards; ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately; high school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred; ability to execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized work; complete Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate I Workstation Certifications & Assigned Workday Learnings; ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
