Position: Floral Manager- Greater Houston Area

As a BLOOMS Manager, you’ll lead the Store’s BLOOMS team to provide superior customer service. H-E-B values commitment, hard work, and a focus on quality and customer service.
Requirements: Minimum age 18; Completion of School of Retail Management (SORM); 1+ years of experience in department/training or equivalent; Experience creating floral arrangements; Experience in leadership/management; Food Safety/SRS certification; Floral OJT; Knowledge of floral products and tools; Interpersonal and communication skills; Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel) and H-E-B systems; Ability to build, motivate, and maintain staff; Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks
