Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to assist in the design and merchandising of floral items; customer service experience; effective communication and multitasking skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of product merchandising and customer service best practices; proficiency in operating equipment and handling cleaning solutions
