Position: Floorstaff
About: The company is a theater seeking waitstaff team members who are responsible for providing superior guest service in a clean and comfortable environment. They must have a genuine concern for guest satisfaction and represent the theater according to the Company’s mission statement and policies. If alcohol is served, the team member must be of legal age with all required training, permits, and licenses. They must adhere to all laws and legal obligations regarding alcohol service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist; legal age to serve/sell alcohol as per state and local laws; completion of required state or local training for alcohol service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly; knowledge of Regal Crown Club Program and MPAA rating system
