About: The waitstaff at a movie theatre is responsible for providing superior guest service in a clean and comfortable environment. They must ensure guest satisfaction, handle alcohol sales if applicable, and adhere to all state and local laws. Requirements: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist; legal age to serve/sell alcohol; knowledge of laws and obligations related to alcohol service; exceptional guest service skills; ability to handle cash transactions accurately; familiarity with promotional programs and safety procedures
