Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; legal age to serve alcohol; completion of cast certification program; training and certification in responsible beverage serving; exceptional guest service skills; knowledge of legal obligations in alcohol service; proficiency in cash handling; familiarity with promotional programs and sales techniques; compliance with safety and dress code regulations
