Position: Flooring Design Consultant – Mobile Showroom
About: Rite Rug, a leading privately owned flooring company with a 90-year history, is seeking a motivated Design Consultant to join their team. The Design Consultant will work within the mobile showrooms to assist customers with selecting flooring products.
Requirements: Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Flooring experience preferred; Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle; Must be a self-starter and a people person; Be able to multi-task and prioritize duties; Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills; Be able to work independently and problem solve; Be comfortable working with and learning computer systems; Must be eager to learn and grow
Benefits: Salary + Commission (Up to 6 figures), Full benefits package, Uncapped commissions with top performers earning $150K+, Training provided, Base salary plus commission structure
