Position: Floorcare Technician

Requirements: High school education or equivalent preferred; minimum of 1 year of related floor care experience; experience in a healthcare or residential facility is desirable; ability to understand written and verbal instructions, directions, equipment manuals, schedules, policies, and procedures; ability to work independently, with a team, and in cooperation with others; flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; effective communication skills; knowledge or willingness to learn how to use floor care and housekeeping equipment; ability to safely perform all essential job functions without causing harm to self or others, with or without reasonable accommodation; physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs, move objects or equipment on campus, set up rooms for special events, and maintain and store equipment
