Position: Floor Staff- $18.50/hr Holidays, Nights, and Weekends Required
About: Regal is seeking Floor Staff team members for various roles such as Box Office, Concession Stand, and Usher positions. The primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional service to guests in line with Regal’s mission statement and policies.
Requirements: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier; legally required state or local alcohol training for alcohol-selling roles; good public speaking and listening skills; ability to perform calculations accurately; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues; physical ability to meet job demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and other physical tasks as needed
