Requirements: Ability to develop a specialized hiring process to meet restaurant needs; Manage training of servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers; Supervise upkeep of guest areas; Responsible for shift planning and handling unexpected situations and customer concerns throughout a shift; Proficiency with restaurant Point of Sale systems; Organizational skills; Training experience to lead staff onboarding; Leadership and conflict resolution skills; Management experience in hiring, firing, training, and disciplining staff; Dedication to excellent customer service
