Position: Floating General Manager **WEEKLY PAY** *BENEFITS*
About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a Floating General Manager for one of their hotel properties in a specific market. The Floating General Manager is responsible for providing temporary coverage for General Managers during off days, vacations, or absences. They may also be assigned short-term duties across all properties in the market, including local marketing and staff training.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles required; High school diploma preferred; Possession of a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle; Ability to effectively communicate in English with guests and staff; Proficiency in computer operations, front office management, and related department operations; Salesmanship and knowledge of the local competitive landscape
