Position: Floating General Manager, Full-time
About: AVI Foodsystems, a reputable and trusted food service company founded in 1960, is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Floating General Manager, Full-time in Cleveland, with daily travel required. Previous experience as a Dining/Cafe General Manager is preferred.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 or more years of demonstrated success leading a team of culinary professionals; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong working knowledge of labor costs, food costs, and related factors; ability to work independently and as part of a team; capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment; mentorship and staff development experience
