Position: Floating General Manager
About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a Floating General Manager at one of their hotel properties in a designated market. The Floating General Manager provides coverage for General Managers during off days, vacations, or absences, and may also be assigned short-term duties across multiple properties within the market, such as local marketing and staff training.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles; high school diploma preferred; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in computer operations; flexibility to work long hours and travel as needed; strong problem-solving and organizational skills; knowledge of front office management and guest relations; understanding of financial performance metrics and budget management; familiarity with sales techniques and local market competition
