Position: Floating General Manager
About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a Floating General Manager for one of their hotel properties in a specific market. The Floating General Manager provides coverage to General Managers for off days, vacation days, or other absences, and may be assigned short-term duties across all properties in the market, including local marketing and quality assurance improvements.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles; high school diploma preferred; valid driver’s license and auto insurance; proficiency in English language for guest and staff interactions; strong computer skills; ability to work long hours and manage multiple activities in stressful situations
