Position: Floating General Manager
About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a Floating General Manager for one of their hotel properties in their market. The Floating General Manager provides coverage for General Managers during absences and may have short-term assignments across all properties in the assigned market.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles; high school diploma preferred; possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to interact effectively in English with guests and staff; strong computer proficiency and knowledge of front office management; flexibility to work long hours and manage multiple activities in stressful situations; familiarity with salesmanship and local competitive landscape
