Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning ideal; ability to operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, and trash removal equipment safely; strong ability to work independently and as part of a team; professional and responsive communication skills with residents, family members, staff, vendors, and colleagues
