Position: Fleet Technician [TEMP/SEASONAL]
About: Cascadia Mobility is a nonprofit operator of Eugene’s shared micromobility program, PeaceHealth Rides, and provides bicycle event services like bicycle valet and group rides. They are expanding their team as their scope broadens, offering temporary/seasonal Fleet Technician positions in Eugene, OR.
Requirements: Must be 25+ years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a clean motor vehicle record; comfortable driving a large motor vehicle; strong knowledge of city geography and street layout; available at least one weekend day; clear, positive written and verbal communication skills; respect for customer confidentiality; able to function autonomously and as part of a team; can lift up to 65 pounds, bend and stand for long periods; open to others’ ideas and willing to try new things; follow company best practices; prioritize safety for yourself and team members above all else; eager and able to work outdoors year-round, rain or shine
