Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Minimum 5 years of fleet equipment experience; Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience; Good interpersonal skills; Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations; Strong problem-solving and organization skills; Excellent communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of DOT, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations; Thermo King and Major certification; Valid state Driver’s license
