Position: Fleet Coordinator
About: This position involves inputting work orders received into the TMS system, updating order statuses, verifying work order information, scheduling load pre-pulls, coordinating appointments with dispatch, accepting loads, and tracking container movements on rail and port websites. Additionally, the role includes following up with customers on deliveries, generating rates for customers and broker carriers, and problem-solving customer issues.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with inputting work orders and using transportation management systems preferred; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to coordinate appointments and schedules effectively; excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
