Position: Fleet and Warehouse Facilities Manager – Bismarck, ND
About: This position involves managing the daily work and safety of associates engaged in fleet, building, grounds, sanitation, and refrigeration systems. It requires overseeing facility projects, enforcing safety protocols, staff management, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience; working knowledge of ammonia and Freon systems, environmental regulations, building and fire protection standards, and interpersonal skills; ability to read and interpret technical procedures, write reports, work a flexible schedule, solve problems, lead effectively, and manage multiple functions simultaneously; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
