Position: Fitness Manager
About: EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to take on the role of Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales and Team Management). This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping members achieve their health and wellness goals by selling training packages and developing a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional fitness experiences in the club environment. The Fitness Manager will also be responsible for employee behavior, customer service, club cleanliness, new member onboarding, collaboration with membership sales, building and equipment maintenance, and ensuring employee and member safety. The core purpose is to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners within the Fitness Department at EōS Fitness.
Requirements: Minimum of at least 1 year in the fitness industry; valid PT certification and CPR certification required within 30 days of hire; strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills; extremely organized and attentive to detail; ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment; availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and late-night shifts; proficient in computer/technology use with good math skills; excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a customer service mindset
