Requirements: High school education and graduate of a culinary program specializing in quantity food production; 2-3 years of work experience in restaurant hot/cold production line and cooking line required; ability to read, write, and speak English; knowledge of food regulations set by federal, Massachusetts, and Boston City Health Codes; computer skills and basic mathematics knowledge
