Requirements: Must have 5 years cooking experience in a high-volume banquet facility, hotel/conference center, or fine dining restaurant; A valid ServSAFE Food Handling Certificate is required; Must have a valid California Driver’s License and a record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history; Must have good verbal communication skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include frequently working beyond the standard shift of approximately 8 hours per day, weekends, and holidays; Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy weights up to 50+ lbs.
