Position: Firmwide Events Manager
About: Sidley Austin LLP, a global law firm known for its strategic planning and execution of meetings and events, is seeking an experienced Meeting Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to lead and oversee departmental activities, ensuring accurate data and reporting for various events and executive-level meetings.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 8 years of experience as a Meeting Planner; knowledge and experience in meeting planning practices; at least 2 years of management experience; prior experience in event budgeting and cost management; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; creativity and flexibility in approach
