Position: Fine Dining Weekday Restaurant Manager
About: Saltwater Social, a new seafood-inspired restaurant concept located at an undisclosed location, is in search of an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience blending a modern seafood restaurant with a chic lounge, aiming to provide a dynamic, fine dining experience with a social, vibe-driven approach. With a focus on superior quality and a high-energy atmosphere, Saltwater Social aims to redefine the modern dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role; extensive food and beverage knowledge; familiarity with restaurant management software; strong leadership, motivational, and people skills; acute financial management skills; degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus
