Position: Fine Dining Server -The Peak – Full Time
About: Promontory, located in Park City, UT, is seeking a Food and Beverage Fine Dining Server for The Peak at the Nicklaus Clubhouse. This esteemed community offers an unparalleled dining experience, featuring Asian-inspired cuisine with a focus on seafood and panoramic mountain and golf course views.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; must have or be able to acquire a State of Utah food handler’s certification within the first two weeks of employment; must have a valid alcohol server training certification recognized by the Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC); must be at least 21 years of age. Two (2) years of previous serving experience in a fine dining restaurant required; previous experience working with a P.O.S. system is preferred; must have good written and verbal communication skills; must have a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
