Position: Fine Dining Server – MUJO
About: Mujo is a tasting menu only, fine dining omakase concept located in West Midtown, seeking passionate and hospitable individuals to join their team. The server at Mujo is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, executing a tasting menu with pairings, and coordinating and overseeing service with the Sushi Chef team.
Requirements: 3+ years in the hospitality industry; Extensive wine knowledge; Knowledge of Sake preferred; Level 1 Sommelier certification preferred; Experience in fine dining restaurants and service; Upscale sushi experience preferred, but not required; Ability to communicate and work in English; Additional languages beneficial; Professional appearance, care, and grooming
