Position: Fine Dining Server job
About: Marietta Country Club is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented full-time and part-time Servers to join our upscale dining team. Servers must accurately complete member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner and be able to learn and maintain complete knowledge of the dining, specialty, and beverage menus while providing exceptional service.
Requirements: One year Server experience in a full-service restaurant, upscale restaurant, resort, or country club; Must be dependable and have an engaging personality; Ability to adapt to different situations; Ability to work with all staff members as a team; Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed; Continuous use of hands and arms; Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members, guests, and coworkers; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Must dress professionally and follow the Club dress code; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Must have dependable transportation; Must be available on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
