Position: Fine Dining Server Assistant (Part Time) – Venetian Chop House – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: The Venetian Chop House Fine Dining Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to provide prompt and efficient food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness in all aspects of Food and Beverage Operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; professional and strong interpersonal skills; previous food and beverage experience in a resort hotel environment is a plus; basic computer knowledge (Micros or other POS systems); outstanding guest service skills; Food Handling & TIPS certificate required; knowledge of food and wine is an asset; excellent eye for detail and ability to multi-task; minimum legal age to serve alcohol
