Position: Fine Dining Restaurant Manager
About: Carvers on 19, located on the top floor of the Hard Rock Hotel, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Fine Dining Restaurant Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading the team to maintain a positive and productive dining environment.
Requirements: Proven experience in managing a fine dining restaurant; strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control; excellent leadership and team management skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; exceptional customer service skills; ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of applicable gaming laws and regulations is a plus; meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations; willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; required food safety certification and alcohol service licensing by the appropriate regulatory agency; ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 50 pounds
