Position: Fine Dining Manager
About: Carvers on 19, located on the top floor of the Hard Rock Hotel, is seeking a dedicated fine-dining Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead the team in creating a positive and productive dining environment. Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in managing a fine dining restaurant; Understanding of fine wines and proper service techniques; Full bar liquor knowledge, including top-shelf bourbons; Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control; Excellent leadership and team management skills; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Exceptional customer service skills; Ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations; Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Food safety certification and alcohol service licensing are required as mandated by the appropriate regulatory agency
