Position: Fine Dining Line Cook
About: Le Jardinier, a reputable dining establishment, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Line Cook to join their exceptional team of service leaders. This position works closely under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, offering exposure to a wide variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in professional cooking in a restaurant or similar establishment; High School Diploma or equivalent education required; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Organized, motivating, and personable with excellent communication skills; Working knowledge of reservation management systems preferred; Passion for hospitality and culinary profession
