Position: Fine Dining Food Runner (Part Time) – Venetian Chop House – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: The Venetian Chop House Food Runner is primarily responsible for providing prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverages to the guest. He/she will also possess a limitless desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the Food and Beverage Operations.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED; Professional demeanor appropriate for a restaurant environment; Previous food and beverage experience in a resort hotel environment is a plus; Outstanding and professional guest services skills; A food handling certificate is required; Knowledge of food and wine is an asset; Must be of minimum legal age to serve alcohol according to state law; TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certificate required
