Position: Fine Dining Bartender
About: The Onion Tree, a food-forward restaurant located on the North Shore of Long Island in the picturesque town of Sea Cliff, is seeking Full and Part-Time Servers to join their team and contribute to expanding their brand. Led by Chef Jay Jadeja and Raquel Jadeja, The Onion Tree specializes in multi-cultural cuisine with a focus on Modern Indian dishes and traditional and creative pizzas, such as Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, Palak Paneer Pizza, and Short Rib on Pizza. The team at The Onion Tree is composed of enthusiastic individuals dedicated to providing excellent hospitality and culinary experiences, fostering a positive work environment for all team members.
Requirements: A Foodie; Has at least 3-5 years of serving experience; Lives within 20-30 minutes driving of Sea Cliff (11579) and has own transportation; Is available evenings, weekends, and holidays; Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment; A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff; Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised; Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system; High school diploma; Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
