Position: Financial Services Consultant 1 (Float)
About: Responsible for providing exceptional member experiences and enhancing membership growth and loyalty through positive relationships at SLFCU. Analyzes member needs to recommend suitable products and services, builds trust in interactions, and upholds core values of the Credit Union.
Requirements: Experience and Knowledge: Minimum one-year customer service experience; Prior financial institution, hospitality, restaurant or retail sales experience preferred; Ability to become thoroughly knowledgeable of Credit Union products and services; Demonstrated successful sales skills; Proficiency in personal computer applications; Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Initiative for developing skills and career advancement; Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; Ability to handle difficult situations professionally; Reliability and responsibility in task completion; Creative problem-solving abilities; Flexibility and team effectiveness; Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Clear explanation of financial concepts; Active engagement in communication; Open to feedback; Other Skills: Accuracy in documentation production; Strong problem-solving abilities; High standards in accuracy, adaptability, judgment, and initiative; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Salary Description: $20-$22 (Depending on Experience)
