Position: Field Support Specialist
About: Solinftec specializes in providing digital agriculture solutions for agricultural processes of customers, including Ag retailers and growers. The Field Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer learning processes with new technologies, ensuring efficient deployment of solutions post-sale, and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout and beyond the implementation process.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Ag Business, Ag Technology Management, Agronomy, or related fields; 1-3 years working with agriculture processes and technologies for agriculture; basic mechanical knowledge; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to understand new technological solutions for digital agriculture; self-motivated; hands-on experience with farming or machine operation; ability to face new challenges in a high-pressure environment; outstanding organizational and communication skills; valid driver’s license required
