Position: Field Service Engineer

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred; at least 2 years of experience in a technical field service role, preferably in retail or vending industry; strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability; attention to detail and ability to work independently; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; flexibility to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; familiarity with mobile tools and applications; certifications or specialized training in relevant technologies or equipment (e.g., refrigeration, robotics, automation).
