Position: Field Sales Representative
About: American Fidelity Assurance, a reputable family-owned life insurance company founded in 1960 and based in the United States, is seeking an Account Manager to support the Greater Virginia area. The Account Manager will be responsible for selling worksite insurance products and services in an established sales territory, fostering strong relationships with businesses, and providing customized benefit recommendations to employees showcasing the company’s insurance offerings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales, particularly in worksite insurance products and services; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain customer relationships; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
