Position: Field Sales Representative

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required; at least 21 years of age; valid United States driver’s license with one year of driving experience; able to pass background check and Motor Vehicle Report screening; possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance; willingness to relocate for future opportunities; ability to work nights, weekends, and in a retail environment full time; eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship; capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools, reaching/lifting overhead, and using hands for maneuvering small objects; MS Office proficient; self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits: salary non-exempt position (overtime eligible), starting between $24.04 and $25.96/hour equating to a Target Annual Salary of $50,000 – $54,000, sales contests and incentives to earn additional income (In Correlation with Business Needs/Focuses), vehicle allowance of $400/month equating to a target of $4800/year, company smart phone, medical, vision, and dental benefits available, 401K (Company Matches 50% up to 8% of Salary), eligible for up to 10 Paid Holidays (Based on hire date), accrue up to 104 hours of PTO – 1st Year – Based on hire date
