Position: Field Sales Consultant – Hampshire, Schaumberg, Naperville
About: This position is with Sysco Specialty Meat Group (SSMG) and involves achieving sales goals within an assigned territory in Hampshire, Schaumberg, and Naperville, IL. The selected candidate will join the upcoming sales class on February 10th, focusing on promoting and selling SSMG products and services to new and existing customers through in-person visits and presentations.
Requirements: High school diploma; Preferred: 4-year degree in culinary arts, business, marketing, agriculture/animal science or related studies; 2 years prior food service sales and/or culinary background strongly preferred; Center of the Plate sales preferred; Deep expertise in meat and seafood category or restaurant/culinary background; Consultative sales ability; Self-motivated and accountable; Strong customer relations skills; Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Outlook
