Position: Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required; minimum age of 21 with a valid U.S. driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience; ability to pass drug and background screenings; willingness to travel to store locations and events; capacity to work nights and weekends; eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; MS Office proficiency; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for the duration of the shift, and use hands for assembly and display building; self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits: salary non-exempt position (overtime eligible), pay range $24.04 to $25.96/hour, totaling $50,000 – $54,000 annually, sales contests and incentives for additional income, vehicle allowance of $400/month, totaling $4,800/year, company-provided smartphone, medical, vision, and dental benefits available, insurance coverages like short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D, 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 8% of salary, up to 10 paid holidays, up to 104 hours of PTO annually (based on hire date), flexible job postings with ongoing applications, locations available nationwide
