Position: Field Application Specialist – Remote
About: In the Field Application Specialist role, you will be responsible for offering product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support at each step of the customer’s process and for bringing the products’ technical expertise and market knowledge to the sales team. Sartorius has an exciting remote-based opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated professional to provide high-level, in-depth technical support and expertise to Sales Managers in selling Sartorius Octet Products through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations, and post-sales support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in life science, biochemistry, or a related field; customer support and training experience in technical material is preferred; 4+ years of laboratory research using label-free assays such as SPR, BLI, ITC, or equivalent technology; demonstrated aptitude towards the selling process and a confirmed teammate. Must be results and success-oriented with proven ability to organize, develop, and follow through on tasks and plans; excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to articulate effectively with external clients and internal teams; identification with core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment.
