Position: Fidelity Restaurant Manager
About: Fidelity Hotel, located in Cleveland, OH, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. Fidelity Hotel is an adaptive reuse project situated in the historic Baker Building, offering 97 guest rooms & suites, a full-service restaurant, bar, event and meeting spaces, and a private dining room. The hotel reflects Cleveland’s ethos through its design, amenities, and community programs, embracing the city’s innovation and creativity.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; 2+ years related experience in the hospitality industry preferred; proficiency in the primary language(s) of the workplace; strong communication skills; ability to operate computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems; leadership qualities; commitment to team development and mission-driven work; problem-solving skills; time management; autonomy and team collaboration.
