Position: Fidelity Line Cook
About: The Fidelity Hotel, located in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The hotel is an adaptive reuse project situated in the historic 103-year-old Baker Building, offering 97 guest rooms & suites with bespoke amenities and curated art. With a full-service restaurant, bar, event spaces, and a private dining room, Fidelity Hotel embodies Cleveland’s values through design, amenities, and community programs that reflect the city’s innovation and creativity.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree; state-issued food handling certification; related experience in the culinary or hospitality industry preferred; ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace; proficiency in reading safety rules, manuals, and procedure documents; adept at speaking before guests and coworkers; strong mathematical skills including basic arithmetic operations
