Position: FC Culture and Communications Coordinator

About: Chewy, a leading online retailer for pet products, is seeking a dynamic and diligent Culture and Communication Coordinator (CCC) to join their Fulfillment Center team in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on enhancing team culture, supporting leadership, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the site, in alignment with Chewy’s Operations Team Member Promise (OTMP).

Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of administrative or team support experience; passion for creating a positive, inclusive team environment; exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism; strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across diverse teams and levels; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously; availability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.
