Position: F&B Senior Manager, Conference & Banquet Operations
About: Snowbird Resort, located in the picturesque Wasatch Mountain Range in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a unique resort known for its distinct summer and winter seasons. They are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for guests and are currently seeking a Sr Manager, Conference & Banquet Operations to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in banquet management or similar; proficiency in catering management software, such as Amadeus Sales and Catering; exceptional ability to plan banquets and meet deadlines; experience in supervising banquet venue staff; extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements; in-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
